Apropros to the article on the jalop front page, I think my med term goal is to drive my miata and mr2 for a few more years and then sell em both to get a 996 if the prices havent blown up. I’d love to keep the mr2 but garage space is limited and we need family cars etc etc .

I’ll def try to find post some pictures next chance I get but they’re visually boring. S tock 91 miata and an aw11 that has never run since I’ve had it (got a good price on it but I had to chase down a title) . The miata is a 1.6 w hardtop but we’ve recently moved to a house with less driveway and garage space so I cant just leave things up on jacks while I troubleshoot this or that.

is that an IMS bearing joke? It’s a appears to be a solvable
issue. If not, it will
look
better in the garage than the M
iata.
I lived through the great 2G DSM panic of the early 2000
s, I aint scared.

“I aint scared...”
You should be (pause for effect), YOU SHOULD BE!!!
Lol, sorry I had to do the IMS joke. It effects so few cars actually, but always makes great forum fodder.
